DEAD ACCOUNT!!! DO NOT WATCH!!! New work here - [link]
As for the work itself, sadly, i wasnt going for a cartoonish look.... I agree about adding a filter to the pipes, such small details do escape after i work on it more than 10 hours if u know what i mean...
However, i appreaciate ur comment... thanks for being honest and i hope u do give me more tips in the future...
Thanks again.

The eyes are really good, its left eye looks broken, or sick, but noone seems to have paid any notice to it, because the comfort of the humanoid is insignificant. Its right eye on the other hand, is really dark, and it shows a lot of pain, and I can only imagine that if it could speak, it'd be screaming out for help. In this pic, unlike the matrix, this person doesnt seem to have been given a 'world' to live in... he has to deal with his existance as it is, which is really sad when you think about it, and explains the pain seen in the humanoid's good eye.
The nose (or lack thereof) is a good idea, because to me, it shows the manipulation of the humans by machines to become more effective. By this I mean, noses may have been useful for smelling things in the current world, but when we're locked in a machine for the extent of our lives, it'd get in the road of a nice big sheet of glass, so they remove it.
The stamp on the forhead reminds me of clothing tags... giving information and perhaps a brand name, which suggests that humans are manufactured and owned, just as robots are today.
The frame hanging from chains around the face reminds me somewhat of a trophy or a wall hanging, which again suggests that humans are nothing but possessions.
I do agree with *afireinsideme... the pipes and wires look really clean, and don't quite fit properly with the surroundings. Robots have no reason to maintain a hygeinic environment, because it doesn't benefit, or harm them either way, so it's simply more efficient to let things go.
The label on the mouth pipe is interesting, and I can just imagine it saying "made in china"
I think my only real complaint is that the thing on its left cheek (our right) doesnt fit. It seems to be floating above the skin, and looks out of place. Other than that... I have nothing to complain about.
Wow... I've been itching for a decent analysis for a while, and this pic was perfect for it, so I'm sorry if I just let loose
As much as I love this, I'm not gonna fav it, coz I'd end up with a fav gallery the same as your dev-gallery!
